Beat Cinema® is a registered trademark owned by Smashcartel, LLC.

Smashcartel, LLC holds full ownership of the Beat Cinema name, logo, visual identity, and associated brand assets, including all trademark rights and related intellectual property.

The Beat Cinema® trademark was officially registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on January 20, 2026.

What Beat Cinema Is

Beat Cinema® is a creative brand platform operating across live events, media production, and artist development.

Originally founded as an event series in Southern California, Beat Cinema has evolved into a multi-disciplinary brand dedicated to showcasing emerging and established talent through live experiences, filmed sessions, and collaborative creative projects.

Beat Cinema operates under the ownership of Smashcartel, LLC.

Authorized Use

Collaborators and event producers may use the Beat Cinema name and logo for approved productions that align with the brand’s standards and creative direction.

Authorized use:

Is non-exclusive
Does not transfer ownership
Does not create a partnership or joint venture
Does not permit the creation of new entities, domains, or financial accounts using the Beat Cinema name without written approval

Use of the Beat Cinema brand without authorization is not permitted. Any expansion of the Beat Cinema brand into additional commercial activities, including but not limited to artist management, record label operations, publishing, or media subsidiaries, requires prior written authorization from Smashcartel, LLC.

Media & Content

Beat Cinema-branded recordings, filmed sets, photography, and digital releases are protected intellectual property.

Any distribution, monetization, or commercial use of Beat Cinema-branded content requires written authorization.

Independent Event Responsibility

Authorized event producers operate independently.

Unless agreed to in writing, Smashcartel, LLC does not manage or control the day-to-day planning or execution of independently produced events.

Event organizers are responsible for their own permits, insurance, safety procedures, and compliance with applicable laws.

For licensing, media collaborations, event partnerships, or authorized use of the Beat Cinema® brand, please contact Smashcartel, LLC.

All use of the Beat Cinema® name, logo, or related brand assets must be authorized in writing by Smashcartel, LLC.
