Beat Cinema® is a registered trademark and brand owned exclusively by Smashcartel, LLC.

Smashcartel, LLC is the sole legal owner of the Beat Cinema name, logo, and associated brand assets, including all trademark rights, goodwill, and intellectual property connected to the Beat Cinema brand.

Trademark Registration

The Beat Cinema® trademark was officially registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) on January 20, 2026.

All trademark rights are valid, active, and protected under applicable U.S. trademark law.

Authorized Use & Brand Participation

Smashcartel, LLC recognizes Beat Cinema’s long creative history and ongoing cultural presence.

Authorized collaborators, partners, and team members may continue to use the Beat Cinema name and logo for the purpose of promoting official Beat Cinema events, creative projects, and related community activities, provided such use aligns with the spirit, integrity, and presentation standards of the Beat Cinema brand.

At this time, Smashcartel, LLC is permitting continued non-exclusive use of the Beat Cinema brand without financial obligation, subject to reasonable brand guidelines and respectful representation of the brand.

Unauthorized use, misrepresentation, or use that implies ownership outside of Smashcartel, LLC is not permitted.
